Our Commitment & Your Understanding
Our dedicated professionals meticulously care for every garment using
the best techniques tailored to its unique nature and condition. While
we strive for perfection, inherent human involvement means occasional
imperfections may occur despite our rigorous standards and best efforts.
Acceptance of Terms
By entrusting your items to Purple Laundry, you acknowledge and agree to
the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Care & Liability

Purple Laundry is not responsible for processing damage to unlabeled
items or damage resulting from following external care advice.

While we aim for effective stain removal, complete removal is not
guaranteed. We may return items untreated if we foresee potential
damage, and processing charges will still apply.

Purple Laundry is not liable for damage to ornamental fittings,
jewellery, sequins, beads, buckles, buttons, hooks, zips, laces, or
shoulder pads.

We are not liable for natural wear and tear, color bleeding,
shrinking, or other inherent changes during processing, although we
take reasonable precautions.

Purple Laundry is not accountable for service disruptions due to
unforeseen events like floods, fire, accidents, or strikes, nor for
color bleeding after dyeing.
Order & Identification
-
Please provide your name, address, and contact number when placing an
order.

This helps us identify you if your invoice is misplaced and is
necessary for assisting with any claims.
Invoice & Delivery
-
Retain your original invoice for presentation upon delivery. Failure
to do so will necessitate an ID check, potentially causing delays.

Purple Laundry is not responsible for delays due to the absence of the
original invoice.

Upon delivery, carefully verify the care instructions and the number
of items against your invoice. Your signature or acceptance confirms
receipt of the correct, processed items as specified. Discrepancies
not reported at delivery cannot be accepted later.

Please count and examine your garments upon delivery. Any issues must
be reported immediately to the Purple Laundry store or delivery
personnel.
Payment & Collection
- All payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Full payment is required upon pickup of processed garments. Advance
partial payments are not accepted, and Purple Laundry is not liable
for any such transactions.

Customers must collect their processed items within 7 days of the
collection date on the invoice. Items collected after this period will
incur an additional charge, and Purple Laundry is not responsible for
them beyond this timeframe.
Lost Valuables & Claims

Please check your garments for valuables before handing them over.
Purple Laundry is not responsible for any lost personal items.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a re-process
within 24 hours of delivery, provided the original Purple Laundry tag
is still attached.

Claims reported within 36 hours and approved by management will be
compensated up to a maximum of 20% of the garment's actual value or 6
times the processing charge, whichever is lower. Compensation will be
settled within one month of approval.
Service Specifics
-
We aim for timely delivery; however, Purple Laundry is not liable for
compensation or charge reductions due to delays caused by unforeseen
circumstances.

Orders with a bill amount under Rs 250/- will incur additional pick-up
and delivery charges.
-
Unprocessed pick-up and delivery returns will incur a Rs 75/- delivery
charge.
- Applicable taxes will be added to the bill.
Communication
-
All communication will be via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or our Mobile App.
Please check all notifications.

Purple Laundry reserves the right to use images of your garments for
promotional purposes.

All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts in Hyderabad.
Payment Terms
-
Invoices will be sent digitally via email or SMS to your registered
contact information.
-
Express delivery service incurs a charge of twice the regular order
amount.
-
Full payment is due upon successful completion and delivery of your
order.
-
For retail orders, payment is accepted in cash, debit card, UPI or
credit card. Please inform us in advance if you wish to pay by card.

Customers can purchase prepaid plans via cash or digital payments.
- Applicable taxes will be added to all listed prices.
Cancellation / Refund Policy

Any excess payment made for a retail order will be refunded upon
customer request.
-
Balances in prepaid plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
Customers can cancel their order at any time before the scheduled
pickup without incurring cancellation fees.

If Purple Laundry cannot process an item for any reason, the
corresponding order amount will be refunded to retail customers or
credited to the prepaid balance for prepaid plan holders.

Customers wishing to cancel after pickup must do so within 2 hours of
the pickup time.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Coupons & Discounts

Coupons can only be applied by the customer through the designated
online platform:
www.purplelaundry.in
-
Coupons cannot be applied to an order once the invoice has been
generated.

The final discounted amount is payable upon successful delivery of the
order.
Privacy Policy
-
Purple Laundry will never sell your personal information (phone
number, address, email ID) to third parties.
-
We may engage third-party companies for limited administrative and
communication services. These companies are contractually restricted
from using your information for other purposes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The information provided herein is subject to modification at any time
without prior notice. Purple Laundry shall not be liable for any
resulting loss.
Legal & Contact
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
located in Hyderabad.
